With big cash prizes and the chance to watch local and interstate cowboys and cowgirls try to hang on for the longest 8 seconds of their life in the action packed saddle bronc, bull rides, barrel racing and more.
It’s a great night out for the whole family with live entertainment, a fully licensed bar and various food outlets.
GETTING THERE
Kununurra Rodeo Grounds is located at the base of Sleeping Buddha, just 5km out of town.
PARKING AND SHUTTLE BUS
Parking is available at the Kununurra Rodeo Grounds.
A courtesy bus will be running a shuttle service between town and the Rodeo Grounds from 3pm. Pickup locations are Hotel Kununurra then outside Lilly Lagoon Resort Lakeside approx. every half hour and outside Kimberleyland Holiday Park approx. every hour.
Departures from the Rodeo Grounds commence at 7.30pm, every hour until midnight.
WHAT TO BRING
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event. Please note it can get chilly in the evenings in Kununurra so please bring a coat or something warm.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
This is a licensed event, no BYO alcohol permitted.
Camping is not permitted at the Rodeo Grounds
