Embark on a cultural journey in the East Kimberley, beginning with a warm and Traditional Welcome ceremony led by Miriwoong Elders—a powerful invitation to connect with the spirit and stories of the land. Start at the region’s oldest art centre, where artists’ hands tell tales in vibrant colours and timeless designs, revealing the essence of the Kimberley.
From there, we’ll travel together to a stunning “On Country” location. As the sun sets over this iconic landscape, the evocative sounds of the didgeridoo will fill the air, setting the scene for an unforgettable evening. Here, you’ll enjoy tastings of authentic bush foods and native-inspired canapés, each bite infused with the unique flavours of Indigenous Australia.
Learn about the traditional practice of gathering bush tucker—skills passed down through generations of Miriwoong people—and gain a deeper understanding of how these foods have sustained our people for thousands of years.
This is more than an event- it’s an immersive experience that invites you into the culture, art, and history of the Kimberley, creating memories that will remain long after the journey end.
This is an alcohol free event.
